Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of the item receival date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
In their original packaging (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
Contact us at orders@arliandesign.eu with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. If the package was damaged, please document it with pictures and forward the images to us. Please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
